The Fleet Commander is the founder, Club Manager and overall leader of the Emperor's Hammer. All fleet changes are brought to him for approval, for the Grand Admiral has the final word in all Emperor's Hammer matters.

The XO is second in command of the Emperor's Hammer and has overall supervisory authority over all of the Subgroups. If the Fleet Commander is absent or unable to command, the Executive Officer will take his place.

The Tactical Officer maintains a database of all TIE Corps battles and approves of all new battles for fleet-use. The Tactical Officer also keeps track of high scorers on the Emperor's Hammer Battle Board.

The Flight Officer is also known as the TIE Corps Commander (TCCOM), though that title is rarely used. Next to the Fleet Commander, the Flight Officer is the most important officer in the TIE Corps. The Flight Officer maintains the fleet roster, approves of and conducts promotions, transfers, and new pilot assignments. The Flight Officer also maintains the online HTMLized Roster. Many of the Flight Officer's duties are parallel to those of an Emperor's Hammer Subgroup Commander.

The Internet Officer does periodic checks on Squadron and Wing homepages to make sure they're in working order and follow Fleet standards.

The Training Officer maintains the Training Manual, which explains the basics of the TIE Corps fleet, and organizes fleet competitions. Serving also as the IWATS Dean, he's directly in charge of IWATS operations.

The Operations Officer is in charge of reviewing medal requests, awarding medals when appropriate, and maintaining the Emperor's Hammer Medal Board.

The Communications Officer maintains the ops list on IRC channel #Emperor's_Hammer on Undernet and handles enforcement of the IRC Code of Conduct.

The Security Officer handles security breeches found within the TIE Corps and handles problems with unruly or abusive members.

The Science Officer keeps patches, add-ons, and custom ships available that can be installed to work on TIE Fighter, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, or X-Wing Alliance.

The Logistics Officer incorporates Star Wars history from the movies and books in the Emperor's Hammer.

The Reconnaissance Office is responsible for finding new ways of expansion for the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet via the Internet such as WWW sites, magazine articles, editoirals, and anything else useful to the expansion of the fleet.
